Basti submitted a new resource:

Carousel 2 - Rotating Screenshots - Add rotating screenshots to your VisioList home page

Add rotating screenshots (screenshot API required) to your VisioList home page.

By default this plugin will cycle through screenshots of your Premium Members once you have 3 of them

It also includes an adzone to the right of the Carousel.

This version is fairly easy to customize, but a future release will make use of plugin templates which will make the customizing process easier.

It's a neat addition but still waiting on some of the new features. Would be great if there was an easy way to add/edit a title such as "Premium Members" or a small link at the bottom of it that links to the premium members page.

After removing the ads, I can't for the life of me figure out how to center this darn thing either. Out of the box it's bland & host that annoying ad that you can only remove via the PHP. Thank god there was already a post for THAT!

Your clearly right, this was one of our first plugins i believe and it needs lots of love
Especially put the html into a html file, so you can more easily edit the html and or add your title to the hole thing

On a quick note, css knowledge might be needed to do specific thing, such a centering.

Out of my head if add the following to your user.css file it should work

#carousel_container {
    margin: 0 auto 20px auto;
}

I appreciate the quick reply. I understanding that this was an earlier mod, it's still one of the "cooler" ones to have. Who doesn't like seeing their site featured? I know I do!

yeah I think interest was lost in this mod because its nicer when a featured carousel is custom built to suit your theme.

dang well there is a few issues i am having, 1 premium members dont get there own top forum ad like take rsps-list for an example

as i set a test on premium and there is no header ads.

Indeed, that is not a function included with VisioList, that is a custom plugin. Fairly easy to make though if you have a little patience or PHP knowledge.

cool, you can use the old plugin as a good jumping off point but it doesn't seem fit for use out of the box with the current versions.

visiolist seems broken, someone tested the vote aspect, it may say votes blocked on our end but that persons members can still vote and receive vote points on their end.
so how would this get fixed, because if not i wasted 60+$ on script.

This post is off topic here, I see you started another thread so lets get your vote issue sorted out there. It sounds to me like you are showing total clicks in not unique in. But we will get to the bottom in your other thread, lets keep this thread about the carousel plugin.
