Notify Multiple Emails

When someone joins the site.

Maybe this can be done and I just can't figure it out.

When someone signs up to the site, it sends an e-mail to them using the e-mail they provided.

I don't see what the issue is?

He asks about admin email, when new member join multiple admins to recieve the notification.

This can be done with a plugin for now (though said plugin does not exist at this time).

This will be part of the core for the next generation of VisioList which will feature user groups.
